HOTEL VALLEY HO
Justin Pfeilsticker grew up with a grandfather who loved to cook, and would often help him in the kitchen. He got his start at Chez Pauline in Paris, where he perfected his French cooking techniques. Next were gigs at Vincent’s on Camelback, L’Orangerie at the Biltmore Resort, Top of the Rock at The Buttes, and eventually his own restaurant, Café 181. He has been with Hotel Valley Ho since 2007, heading up efforts at both the former Trader Vic’s and now ZuZu. Justin’s love of good food shows not only in his cooking but also in the incredible array of fruits and vegetables he grows at his home in the East Valley.
